Log in info changed

  • I am now unable to login to my website seankosednar.com

    The user name and password I gave myself no longer works. What’s more is the email address sean dot kosednar at gmail isn’t recognized when I try to reset my password. Any ideas how this could have happened?

    Did you recently install any new plugins, particularly security plugins? Also, would you please post a copy of your .htaccess file?

    If you didn’t make such changes, & didn’t install any plugins that did, & your .htaccess file reveals nothing that might have caused this, then we have to seriously entertain the possibility that your site’s been hacked, but let’s get these 2 possibilities out of the way first & cross the “hacked” bridge only if & when we need to, because that gets complex.
