LOG-IN ISSUES

I had to register again to even write this post because WordPress will continue not to recognize my user name and password. I attempt to log-in and I get the red box that says “Invalid Username”. I type my email address and it does not recognize that either. It’s incredibly frustrating because by some miracle it recognized me yesterday and I have their Password Reset email in my inbox right now (even though they have this email registered so they say). My website is itsguytalk.com and I am really trying to alleviate this issue soon. Please help. Thank you.
