log in problem due to wrong setting

where can i find the functions.php ?where is it under?QUICK FIX METHOD

/wp-content/themes/the theme you are now using

under wp-admin ,themes.php .there is no functions.php there

ok i can see my blog now but wp-admin doesnt work.as i cant log in now.it says
