    Hello,

    I don’t understand >
I use my template [shortcode] to create a custom page for Log In.
All work well on Chrome & Safari but not in Firefox and IE9…

    Chrome & Safari :
Step 1 > Log in page,
Step 2 > Redirection on Member Dashboard (on front-end) : User is Log in Successfully

    Firefox and IE9
Step 1 > Log in page,
Step 2 > Redirection on Member Dashboard (on front-end) : User is Log in UN-Successfully
Step 3 > User need to log in…
    … > Infinity loop…

    Any idea ?

    Thanks

  • Hi Popsantiago,

What is generating the shortcode you’re using? Is it from a plugin that you have installed on the website? If so, it may be a good idea to visit that plugin’s support page and file a report with the author.

Otherwise, if you could provide an example of the code that you’re using, that would help with troubleshooting where things are going wrong.

    Hi chriswgerber,

Thanks for reply. The problem was not due to the wp itself ! But from the browser…
I don’t know why but FF never accepted Cookies =/
    That was the point…
I didn’t remember have change this option but…
    So know it’s fix

    Thanks
