Log In Time issue

Hi,
I am busy testing Sucuri on a dev server. I have set the timezone override in the Settings page for UTC+2 and the time next to the dropdown shows the correct time. However, when I log out and log back in and go to the Last Logins page the “All Users” tab says Date/Time is “in 2 hours” as I have just logged in, and on the “Logged-In Users” tab (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sucuriscan_lastlogins#loggedin) my logged-in time is 2 hours ahead.
