Log in twice

    I have the pro version of this plugin and I recently turned on v2 version (was using v3) and I am having an issue where I have to log in twice. I check the I am not a robot checkbox and enter my information and sign in. The form resets with the password blanked out and I have to check the I am not a robot checkbox again, complete the captcha challenge and then enter my password and sign in again. The second attempt works. But I should not have to sign in twice. What could be the issue?

    Hi,

    Could you please specify with what login form you have this issue? Do you use the WordPress default login form, or do you use a form created with another plugin?

    Its the woocommerce login form I think. my-account

    There might be some customizations for it in the functions.php file but I did not build the site

    Hi,

    Could you please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:

    1) Activate a default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty-Twenty) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Deactivate all of your plugins except reCaptcha Pro plugin and WooCommerce plugin, and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one by one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
    4) Contact us back with information about the results.
