log in unsuccessfully

    I’ve made private section for loged-in users.
    After I log in with my Admin user I can access to this section while in other users it works sometimes.

    For example – when the other admin logs in he dosent see the top admin bar

    Note: At the beginning everything worked well.
    There is permission to this kind of users to see the private section
