I have placed the shortcode in a widget in the right side bar as a logout option for users. However, the Logout link does not do anything. Page appears to load, but everything, including the user staying logged in, stays the same. Logout as shortcode still works.
you can register and attempt to logout at: frederickymca.org/user-log

Hi, in addition you could try to create a new page including the shortcode. So the plugin will know where to go.

Try it and tell me. Regards,

    Alberto.

    Thanks for your quick response!

I already have a page with the shortcode. That page is where the user logs in and the log off link works fine. However, once the user has accessed the protected area, I needed to add the login shortcode to a text widget to allow the user to log off while in that area. That is where the ‘logoff’ is failing to work.

If you register a new user and then login, it will take you to a page that has the widget on the right where you should be able to log off.

Unfortunately, I can not do that, as this is a corporately owned website. I did however, find a way around it. Removed the shortcode for Clean Login from the widget. Enabled php in widgets and created custom buttons for logging out and editing the profile.
