    Hi

    We have just installed this plugin and we love it. This is the 4th plugin we have tried and every single one had a problem with our theme!

    This is all working great but I have one question.

    All customers have login using their assigned username and password using the plugin’s login and not WordPress admin login.

    The only thing we find is that when they logout they are taken back to the WP standard login, rather than back to the page for “submit ticket” where they originally logged in from.

    Having checked all the options in the settings, we could not find anywhere were we could set this option.

    Is it possible to do this?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately it is not possible using SupportCandy. You can use other plugin to handle this. I will suggest you Login and Logout Redirect plugin.

    Thanks for coming back to me.

    We managed to find a plugin to make this happen.

    In case anyone else needs this check out “Peter’s Login Redirect” plugin. The name is misleading as it also controls “Logout” conditions and works great with this SupportCandy.
