Log reports page was deleted, but it wasn’t.

    Activity Log is reporting that a page was deleted. The IP address is internal (host). However, the page wasn’t deleted.

    Thank you for getting back to me.

    It’s a bit challenging to pinpoint the exact cause of this occurrence. My hypothesis is that perhaps a page was linked to a plugin, and some modification triggered this issue. Otherwise, it’s difficult to ascertain the root cause of this event.
