Log – Stats Discrepancy

    Thanks for the excellent FW btw, it is greatly appreciated.

    On a new install I am getting a count of 100 blocked critical threats in statistics, but there are only a grand total of 20 line entries in the FW log.

    Any pointers on what I should be looking at?

    Current version running on OLS, centOS 7, behind Cloudflare, WP cron disabled; 20 minute system cron.

    also running file guard/check hourly which would be my first suspicion as to the source of the events. I have since tuned the exclusions and don’t think that file revisions are triggering events any more.

    The stats and log are save to two different files:
    Stats: wp-content/nfwlog/stats_YYYY-MM.php
    Logs: wp-content/nfwlog/firewall_YYYY-MM.php

    Did you delete the log since the installation, which would explain the difference?
