Login with wp-login.php works as expected, so something is wrong with redirections.

I’m sorry to say but this IS related to Hyper Cache.

And it only happens on HOME Page.

Not sure why this happens and how to proceed.

Have you enabled the browser caching on Hyper Cache configurations?

No, no browser caching is enabled.

Can you share the website and eventually send me provately an account to test the problem? Which browser should I use?
