Hi, I developed a wordpress site for a client and its running the eventbrite api. I have an error displaying when a specific admin is logged in and viewing the custom template I have made. The error only appears for this one admin account and it doesn’t appear when I am logged in under my admin account or for non-logged in users.

    The error is below:

Fatal Error: Class ‘Eventbrite_Query’ not found in path-to-file/events_template.php on line 21

Have you come across this before?

    Thanks

Strangely, it just came up the same day with another forum user, but their issue is with all non-admin users.

Does it happen with other admin accounts, or just that one?

Currently it is with this just one admin account. I will create another admin and see if the problems is reproduced just to rule that scenario out.

Hi Nick, any luck with a new admin account?

Looks like this is a known issue, with logged-in users (regardless of permissions) not having access to the Eventbrite connection. Will update you when it’s sorted out.
