Logged in after upgrading to 3.1 and can only edit my profile

    Here is what i see when logging in after upgrading to 3.1 on my multisite.

    it has 2 domains pointing to it and both are displaying properly.

    I think it might be a problem with my user capabilities.
    here is what they are in my database

    wp_capabilities a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;s:1:”1″;}
    wp_2_capabilities a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;s:1:”1″;}

    anyone got any ideas how to fix this?
