Logged-In State Blocking Access to website with “ERR_FAILED”

    When I attempted to view my website on May 24, I could only view it after logging out. The dashboard, however, worked fine, and everything functioned.
    On May 25, I could not access the site logged in or out. I was also denied access to do things like install plugins, even though I was an administrator.

    This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at https://couvscorner.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    ERR_FAILED

    Access to couvscorner.com was deniedYou don’t have authorization to view this page.
    HTTP ERROR 403
