Logged in user ‘subscriber’ no content

    No content shows up for a logged in subscriber.

    1. Have set up Ultimate user to have registrants enter as ‘subscribers’ cannot find how I did that to change it to try another role.
    2. Content I wish to have restricted to logged in users is on a private page which contains a restricted blog category – followed this page to help but no luck no content is visible when I go in as the ‘subscriber’ occasionally get an error message that I have to be signed in – after I clear my cache – tho I already am signed in.
    3. Both the page and the blog post & category are set to allow logged in users and content is bracketed by [um_loggedin] and [/um_loggedin]

    Have been fighting with this for days – HELP…..

    Not sure what helped did so much work on this!
    Removed Events Calendar that I never used anyway
    There was an odd timer on the post from wpbakery that I found and removed
    Removed all [um_loggedin] [/um_loggedin] as they didn’t work
    Made sure that the restrictions were ‘checked’ for the pages I wanted to be restricted to logged in users
    Made sure the Category in my post was working with UM at the bottom of the category page – same for the Post & Page that the blog was pulling it in from were all set to allow only logged in users (also previously hidden at the bottom of each page and post.

    All good – took forever – hope this helps someone elae!
