    Hello,

I would like to ask a question. Now with the free version all customers can get the points.

Can this be adjusted to reward only the users that have an account on the site?

    Best Regards

    Hello,

This is already the case. Points can only be given to users who have an account on the website.

    Thank you for this clarification.

Only the members/signed-up users of the site can receive a coupon email with loyalty points?

So if anyone completes an order as a guest will not receive anything.

#2. Also is it possible to see a list of the members that reached the limit I have set in order to get the coupon? For example, if I give a coupon for every 200$, can I see the members that have reached that goal from the start of my campaign, till now?

    Best Regards

#1 Not exactly. If a user completes an order as a guest but uses the email address of an existing account, the system considers that he simply forgot to log in and gives the points to the user account.
If the user doesn’t have an account or an email linked to one, he doesn’t get points.

#2 for all users, you can see their points history if you go to MyRewards → Customers and click on their points total. However, there’s no way to edit a list of all users and the points they earned during a period.
