    My Client uses this app to login as their customers (over the phone) and create orders for them. They’ve found a customer who when you login as that user, there’s 2 items in the basket, if you click the basket, it says it’s empty, and they’re no longer logged in as them, or anyone.

    I’ve investigated for them, and it seems to be the same for any customer who’s email isn’t validated, you can go so many pages as them, but if you go to the basket, it logs them out?

    Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @scottishdev,

    I guess the session is restored or deleted when someone visits the cart page.

    Do you use Woocommerce? Are there any other 3rd party plugins that handle users or the cart?

    That’s sounds like what’s happening the session is being deleted.

    Yes, it’s a WooCommerce site, there are a few plugins that are related to Woo!, but nothing that effects the users or carts directly, apart from B2BKing, but we’ve used these two plugins side-by-side for years, and neither have updated recently to give me any indication that’s what’s causing the problem.

    We have a cloned test site if you’d like to see for yourself.

    Hello again, Yes, we have Enable AJAX add to basket buttons on archives checked. like the screenshot.

    Just an update, the issue seems to have been resolved, without an update to your plugin, so I can only assume it was related to cache, thanks for your swift replies.
