Logged out user data is not populated in datalayer for WooCommerce orders

I’m facing an unusual issue with the “Customer data in data layer” for WooCommerce integration.

When the user is logged out, no data is being populated in the data layer. Is there a setting in the GTM4WP plugin that allows shipping and billing information to be included in the data layer for logged-out users?

Any other custom setting or code is required?
