• I’ve restricted my site so only logged in users can see it with the exception of a login page, a register page, a password reset page, an about us page and the “home” page.

However, my about us page has a search bar on it and logged out users are able to use that search bar to perform searches and see the results. Why does this happen when all content (excluding the pages specified above) is supposed to be restricted to logged in users?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi @ctlsadmin,

I don’t see any search bar on the About Us page.
If you have any caching plugins please make sure to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache.

    Regards.

    Hi!

Thank you for responding. I did remove it for now because I don’t want people to have access to the content of my site without being registered and approved. I can put it back for the hours I’m in the office today (until 5pm EST) and hopefully you’ll get a chance to take a look at it then.

    Thank you for your help!

I forgot to address the second part. I don’t use any caching plugins.

    Hi @ctlsadmin,

Can you please tell us what page is accessible via search so I can test it.

    Regards.
