Logged User Issue

If there is a IP address in this section to block a specific IP, than the htaccess does not work in terms of blocking visitors for a specific folder or file.

I recognize this a few times now with different iThemes versions. Sometimes it works in a version, than in the next update it doesn’t. And now it does not work. I have to delete every IP that is inside the “Locked Hosts” section so that my htaccess restrictions will work as they should. (BTW they are correct)
