Sounds like a similar issue as this person had https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/curl-error-60-ssl-certificate-problem-unable-to-get-local-issuer-certificate-5/ and I know we’ve had reports of similar issues that resulted in some documentation around various similar issues for cURL error 60

In short the server your site is hosted on is not managing to locate a local issuer certificate to help with secure requests.
