What’s the URL of the site with the problem, and what exactly do you see after attempting to log in?

To be clear, your account here at www.ads-software.com will be entirely separate from the account on your site.

    Hey James,
    brunersbreak.com
It says there is no body registered with that name. This is right after I reset the password in my profile.

Try resetting your password via this method: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Resetting_Your_Password#Through_phpMyAdmin

You can find phpMyAdmin in your hosting account’s cPanel.

The guide will walk you through changing your password directly in the database, and you’ll see what your username actually is along the way.

    HI James,
I got all the way to rewrite the password, but then it said to go to the drop down menu and change it to MD5. That is not one of the options. I’m stuck and I don’t have the numbers and letters I deleted to retype the new password.

Never mind, James I found it.

    Sorry but it didn’t work.

Did you double check your username along the way?

    Is this a new installation?
