logging In / Customer Service

Your Customer Service Sucks.

I waisted half my Sunday not being able to login. I reset it twice, it still didn’t work, then you banned my IP address from logging in because I entered it incorrectly. My emails are working perfectly and no, my caps lock isn’t on. Can you please have somebody contact me to resolve the issue urgently.
