Logging in problems

I have been working on a WP site on my own domain for a couple weeks and have been automatically logged in each time I visit. However now I am logged out and cannot log back in.

I have been using a correct username/email and the correct password. I have got my password reset twice and have manually changed it through phpMyAdmin, but I am still being denied access.

What could be going wrong here?
