logging in to make comments

I want readers to log in to make comments, but when you click the login button, it takes you to a WordPress screen that just asks for your user name and password. Is there a way they can log in if they have a Google or Blogger account or TypePad or something else? I want to direct them to a page to sign up for an account if they don’t have one and to log in if they do, not just the login page for Word Press.
