Logging into wp-admin and blank page

I have been developing a site and today I was not able to log in. After entering /wp-admin after the url I got a blank page. I believe the problem maybe because I changed the Site-Tile in the General Settings last time. I tried looking through my wp-config.php, but had no idea what to change. I then reinstalled WordPress and placed the theme I’ve been working on back in. I reused my current mySQL database and it came us with a message saying it is being used and was able to log me back in. I changed the name back to the old name, but when I saved a blank page came up. It’s also not logging me out now.

Anything advise.
