Logging page visits stopped

The number is increased from 7 to 8 now. The diagnostics is this screenshot, hope you can read it. It is in Dutch. “Ingeschakeld” is “activated” ; “Uitgeschakeld” = disabled

Additional info: it seems that the cache is preventing the counter to be updated. When I am not logged-in the count still displays 7. After deleting the cache, it displays 8. What now?
