You can use the Starts conditional:

Switch to Any and add the starts and your group on different rules.

Thanks for your response.
I make it at same as. I look for one rule for few zip codes. Ex: send a mail to [email protected] if zip code starts with 35 or 40 or 50. So sending a mail to [email protected] if zip code starts with 60 or 70 or 80 etc.

All you would need to do is repeat the field for each number, so you will have one for 35, one for 40 and one for 50, like this:

Then add new email and set the same conditions but change the numbers to 60, 70 and 80.

Thanks for your response. But it is not practical. I hope you find a pratical solution as “if 30 <zip code < 50 send mail to ….. or if zip code starts with 35; 36; 39; 70 send mail to ….
