after completing the setup, and logging out, in order to log in with my facebook account, now i’m unable to reach even the login page (403 Forbidden – Request forbidden by administrative rules). not even in the incognito browser mode. the site is rendered useless, even after i did a full backup restoration procedure. how can that happen!?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

We have never seen this issue with the plugin and I honestely do not see how the plugin could cause such an error. The plugin does not modify any files or the database. I basically uses standard WordPress hooks to login and create users.

After some Googling I found this:

    Please keep me updated!

one of the most confusing facts was the one related to the oneall account: it recorded my visits (user connections), even though i was unable to reach the wordpress and despite the 403 forbidden messages i was getting.
in the end, i was able to regain control after some time (following the backup restore procedure). i thought the culprit could be “wp maintenance mode” plugin, which i’ve deactivated and tried again. to no avail. that is, after the social media login attempt, i’m still getting the 403 forbidden page, but now i was able to reach the login page and get through with by original credentials (using mail address).
that said, i’m moving to another plugin, to see if the issue prevails …
