Login and CSS broken after partial attempt to switch to SSL

So I stupidly got part way through adding an SSL certificate to my wordpress but didnt finish the process. All I managed to do was change the url in General Settings to add the ‘s’ in after ‘http’.

It now wont let me login to my site, all of the CSS is messed up, and I’m trying desperately to revert back to a pre-SSL state but am in way over my head. I’ve logged in to phpMyadmin and made sure the url in ‘home’ and ‘siteurl’ are back to the original but it still wont let me login.

Any tips? What am I missing here?
