Login and logout links on menu bar

    hi,

    i’m using graphene theme and i put a login link on the theme menu. Here is my code:

    <li><a href="https://example.com/blog/wp-login.php">Login</a></li>
    this works fine when it comes to allowing somebody to login and be redirected to the home page but when they are logged in the link still appears as “Login” and doesn’t actually log out anybody. can anyone help me modify my script to add a logout functionality?
