Login and logout rediecrting to dashboard, not website

The user is taken to the wordpress dashboard login page when using this plugin (sometimes on the second click, not the first) instead of the website user login. I have added “Peter’s Login Redirect” plugin which fixes where the log out takes you, but it wouldn’t fix the log in problem. I would prefer to use your Login | Logout option, instead of two separate menu items. Currently I am using the “My Account” page as the “login” menu item, and using your “log out” option with the additional redirect plugin.
