Login and register links

  • Hello everyone and sorry for my bad english

    I’m currently working on a wordpress portal. I activated WordPress Multisite to manage different subdomains and I installed a phpbb forum which I leave the integration Wp-united plugin.

    I have one question that has nothing to do with the themes: If a visitor creates an account on my main site (www.mydomain.com) is that its profile will also be created on subdomains? (site1.mydomain.com, site2.mydomain.com etc …)

    More importantly, the subject of my message is this:
    I’d like to put the links “connect” and “register” at the top of my website. Just like on this site: https://www.mamytwink.com

    When you click on “connect” a box appears with the login fields, and when you click on “register” you are redirected to the registration page of phpbb (I intend to use exclusively for registration members).
