As of now, there is no option to separate the login and register pages. Both page link internally and works with the same shortcode. But we will add an option to separate it in our next release.

We have added the your requested feature in our latest release. The updated shortcode is [em_profile default=”login or registration”]. You can separate the pages now with the default argument.
