I have installed events-manager on wordpress 3.4.2 version. I have some issue regarding the registration form and login form which are enabled for respective events. But when i move to single event page without logging-in, it shows a message “Event Booking has been closed.” whereas i have created an booking event as well and enabled it within respective events. I have also enabled the ‘enable login form’ option from settings, but still have same message.

Earlier it was working fine, but i feel that as soon as i have changed the format of time to be displayed from settings section of event manager, this all crap took place.

But as soon as i login , i can see a subscription form on the very same single page of event.

    Please help me out…!!!
    Kind help Appriciated.

    THANKS

  • Hi,

do you have a sample link for us to see and analyzed? also, have you check Booking Cut-Off Date when adding or editing events under Bookings/Registration?

Sorry to say but, it is difficult to give sample link as site building is under process, but can tell you that i have checked cut-off date as well and i have taken its value before end date.

I see, how about leaving cut-off date blank and tickets are not full? also, tickets is restricted to members only?

This is the format which i have set in settings section of event manager plugin :

    DAte Format : M j, Y
Date Picker Format : M dd, yy
    Time Format : H:i

i don’t think the time formats would have anything to do with bookings closing, more likely it’s involved with your booking settings, or your event has either past or your tickets aren’t available to users (e.g. maybe a ticket is ‘members only?’)

Is it so that if we check the option ‘members only’ for respective events in bookings section, it will disable login / event subscription form on respective event ?

if there are no tickets available, then you wouldn’t see a booking form. It may be you have only a members ticket, so guests would not be able to book any tickets.
