I don’t know what Nicolas did, but one way to do this would be to:

1. Go to Appearance > menus and add link (drop down on left)
2. Add the link to your wordpress login (similar to https://example.com//wp-login.php)
3. Use Firebug to figure out the menu-item-xxxx ID
4. Style it by floating it right or similar.

Yes i know how that works. But then you see onlny the login page. I want to integrate in the site like Nicolas did.
