• Everything was working fine… newest versions of www.ads-software.com and all plugins.

I made a few modifications to the website, logged out of my admin account, went to log in again to make a small tweak and got the error message “Your answer is incorrect – please try again”

I’ve tried logging in from different computers and browsers (before and after clearing caches). I’ve tried both admin and non-admin logon IDs. Nothing works.

It doesn’t seem to like my Captcha answers.

  • Hey @quinalty,

If the problem persists and it doesn’t accept your answers then the easiest way for you to login back to your WordPress is to delete the plugin from the website.

You can use an FTP client to access your files and delete/rename the folder of this plugin. The folder should reside within the wp-content/plugins directory.

Let me know if that helps.

    Mr Asrani,
Thank you. I renamed folder “all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall” and I was able to log in without the Captcha.
    Thank you again.
    TQ
