Login Button and Login open Under Construction Page

    Hi. I can not access my dashboard anymore.

    I can reach wp-login.php?, but when I enter the login data (no matter if correct or not) it opens the UC page. The Login Button opens the UC page as well.

    I installed the plugin some days ago. It worked well so far.
    I cleaned the browsers cache and I updated wordpress to the newest version. None did help.
