Would you please once perform plugin conflict test? I suppose this is due to the conflict between plugins. Please let me know the result.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried the plugin with no other plugins active, and still no luck.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago, and they sent me a code to put into the CCS after seeing that there were no problems with other Plugins.

However, only today the same problem came up where the Submit button is missing so customers can’t complete the registration form. I haven’t added, updated or whatever any plugins or done anything new on the site so there shouldn’t be any problems.

But … again … there are ?? Hopefully a solution is found soon!

Hey Steve. I’m starting to look around for alternative solutions. Ultimate Member looks promising. Have you looked at any other plugins for your site?
