Login button not loading

    Hello

    Students who are been registered to the site are not able to enter to take their courses.
    They enter user and password, but the login button remains loading for hours and happens nothing.

    Please help me with this issue. We are desperate

  • Hi @ausapa ,

    Please make sure that server cache is ok on server side and disable third-party plugins as well. Also, ask your hosting provider if login pages are excluded from caching.
    Then please check once again.

    Now I realize teachers, admin and students cannot enter. It reamins loading and it is not a problem of the server ar the hosting provider

    Have you tried to deactivate all 3rd party plugins and re-check?

    Also, if you have reCaptcha on your website, check your Google API keys.
