I have a publication that I need to assign the user ‘Individual Member’ if they navigate to this page – https://ijw.org/april-2020/. If this user is assigned properly the full publication shows and there is no login. I have assigned many ip ranges including my own ip and it is not allowing access to the full publication. Please consider this issue and I will happily give this a 5-star rating if it does this successfully.

You may need to give me your IP and I can add it to the plugin.

Also which plugin are you using to provide access to the full publication ?

I have included a range that supports your IP and the default user is very low level that only can access the articles. We are using a combination of

Login With Ajax
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/login-with-ajax/

Peter’s Login Redirect
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/peters-login-redirect/

I can add some console.log too if that helps.

I also switched back to Remote_ADDR (Default) because I thought maybe Google Chrome was not allowing the cookie?

Hi,

Can you please send a screenshot instead of the full publication what error message you see when logged in ?

I tried to access your URL :
https://ijw.org/april-2020/

and I was logged in but the publication did not load from “e.issuu.com” but the placeholder to load the publication was loaded.

Also this does not seem to be an issue with IP Based Login. The IP Based Login plugin is responsible to get to logged into your site which is being done. Loading the content is not a part of our scope of support.
