Login: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser

    Hi, I recently moved a wordpress site from one location to another, including mysql dump. Everything seems to have going fine, however no when I login I am given this message on all browsers:

    ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

    My host checked and there is nothing strange on the server side, they suggested perhaps htaccess is the problem. These are the contents:

    # BEGIN WordPress

    # END WordPress

    —

    Any help is appreciated.
