login credentials do now work

  • My login credentials do not work. It says invalid username but Im looking at the godaddy wordpress installation details and it clearly identifies the login URL, username and password. However, when I go to the login URL and enter the username it says invalid username?

  • You will need to contact GoDaddy; and ask them to verify the login credentials in the WordPress database…. if you don’t know how to do it yourself.

    You can access the wp-users table in the WordPress database; and confirm the login credentials.
