That problem will be due to one of the other plugins activated on your site.

Can you please temporarily deactivate all other plugins to confirm the problem goes away? Once you’ve done that, reactivate your plugins one at a time until you find the one causing the problem.

I deactivate all the plugin expected EDD’s plugin and test, but I’m still getting the same issue.

I’m on Namecheap hosting and using zohomail as a domain name email. to sue Zohomail I have to install the below plugin. If I deactivate this plugin, then I’m not able to send and receive any email, So I left it active.

Pippin, I tried contacting Mandrill to see if it was an issue on their end and I received the following:

Thanks for getting back with that. For the messages with that subject line that I can find in the API logs, I’m seeing that the HTML content is actually being sent in the text parameter of the API call/SMTP request. This means the content will be rendered as plain text rather than HTML content, which is what you are seeing.

In order to move forward, you would need to adjust those requests to include the HTML in the html parameter instead. This will allow us to parse the HTML and display HTML content instead of just displaying the code, and you should be good to move forward from there.

@sufi-punjabi-shayar @paulminors EDD doesn’t set that parameter, we simply set the content of the email. The text vs html parameter is set through the SMTP plugin you’re using.

I’m sorry but this is not an issue that EDD can resolve and, please note, it does not happen except with these specific SMTP plugins.
