login details does not work

hi i have full administrative access to our site, I normally login through godaddy, no problem but when going through https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php it won’t recognise the additional user i set up in wordpress the password is correct and even if I change it (yes it is weak, i do select the option to allow me to use it) but still will not allow me to login either with that or the original user?

i don’t know if it’s something to do with the weak password that gives me the option to still use it?
