login details don't work

I had help installing a blog which was accessed by hyperlink from my website.

The blog is https://daisy8.ipage.com/index1.php/. The problem is that I chose and installed a new theme on this blog and the installation was faulty because the meta box does not show up.

Now I can’t access it via the login to the site – no meta box. But even if I could, the login and p/word don’t work.

What do I do now. Please help – someone! [I thought I could go back and re-install the old theme]
