  • Looks like you have some outdated plugins and/or themes – using FTP try deactivating the theme you have active and deactivating all the plugins – see: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Login_Trouble

    Not sure what you mean by different versions of WP – you should only be using the most current version with only current/compatible themes and plugins.
