Login doesn't work when there is a redirect

When I have this plug-in installed, I can login if I go to siteurl/wp-login.php, but if I go to SITEURL/wp-admin, for example, it redirects to:
and when I try to login it doesn’t work (it just reloads the same page). If I disable the plug-in, things go back to normal.
