login dont work even deleting the plugin

    My site is in maintenance mode, after a week running every perfect today can not access the site administration, in big screen with debug mode on, when I try to access, wp say only the username and pasword are incorrect, but in ipad say:
    undefined index HTTP_USER_VIA in ………. goodbye-captcha / libraries / McHttp / McHttpRequest.php on line 191
    via ftp, I delete the plug, but not login still works.

    It is strange to have a GoodBye Captcha error if you deleted the plugin!
